Personal and Social Information Privacy: as part of the configuration process of our application, you will be asked to provide various usernames and password to various online services. Unless otherwise specified, all your user ids and password will not be stored on our servers. Instead such information will be stored locally on your computer where it will be used solely to provide you with personalized social content. When you invite friends to use the Product or when you share content with your friends using the Product, We may collect and maintain information associated with those messages, including email addresses and content.

Content Privacy: The Product may find and use information that was already available to each user. Such information can either be publicly available or it can be available to you given your social relationships. More explicitly, all users can track publically available information, but in order to gain access to private content, users must first authenticate against third party service providers. You acknowledge and agree that We may use cookies on the Site. Usage of Information
Usage of Registration Data:
- Internal Use. We use the Registration Data for internal purposes only, to improve our Site and to better tailor the Site to meet your needs. In addition, We use the Registration Data to analyze Site usage and to deliver to you information about certain promotions, services or items that might interest you. We may use your e-mail address to contact you regarding Site notices from time to time.

If you cancel your account, you may also have your Registration Data deleted from our database by sending your request to support@headup.com. - Resolving Problems. We may use the Registration Data and other data it obtains from your current and past activities, to resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.
- We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others unless you explicitly provided us with permission to do so, such as when you share content with others.
Disclosure of Users’ Registration Data
- General Rule. We will not disclose, sell or transfer any of your Registration Data, to any third parties (e.g., advertisers or business partners), except in the following cases: (i) We will receive your permission; (ii) We believe in good faith that the law requires such disclosure or transfer.
- Third Parties. We may at any time add Affiliate partners to our Site, but the sharing of information with them will be limited to only statistical information regarding Users in general. We assure you that in the event that We may wish to transfer any such information, We shall notify you before transferring such information, so that you will always have a chance to object to such transfer.

Although, We use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, We do not completely ensure, and you should not expect that your Registration Data or any private communications will always remain completely private.
Links and Displayed Sites
As part of our core functionality, the Product may discover and recommend content that the Product determines may be of interest to you. We do not have control over third-party websites or their information collection practices and We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such linked or otherwise displayed sites.

Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information We collect from you. To the extent that you disclose information to other parties on our Site or by using the Product, different rules may apply to the use or disclosure of the personal information, which you disclose to them. Disclosure Information in the Event of a Merger
We may merge or be acquired by another business entity or may sell all or substantially all of our assets to an acquirer. In the event of such merger, acquisition or sale, We may share some or all or your personally identifiable information with the acquiring company in order to continue serving you.
